8th Meeting of Nordic Baltic Fabry Expert Group

We are delighted to invite you to participate in the International Conference ‘8th Meeting of Nordic Baltic Fabry Expert Group’, which will be held on September 25-26, 2025, at the Courtyard by Marriott Vilnius City Center Hotel in Vilnius, Lithuania (Rinktines St. 3).
Registration and Accommodation:
Please complete the online registration process by August 1, 2025.
We have booked rooms at the conference venue Courtyard by Marriott Vilnius City Center Hotel.
Please note that hotel accommodation must be booked during the registration process.

Certificates:
Certificates will be issued for all conference participants.
Reimbursements:
The organizer covers economy class flight tickets which must be purchased at the latest 1 month before the meeting, to avoid booking last-minute flights which are normally more expensive. The organizer will refund all your travel expenses (flight, train, bus tickets, and taxi) after the meeting. To get the refund, please remember to complete and return the refund form no later than 3 weeks after the event by email to conference secretariat eimantas@creativa.lt (no refunds will be possible after this date). Reimbursements will be processed by means of one single bank transfer. We therefore kindly ask you to please list all expenses incurred when travelling (taxi, bus tickets, if any) and include them in the refund form. Digital copies of the receipts must be enclosed in the attached refund form.
