ABSTRACT SUBMISSION_18th Baltic Nephrology Societies meeting
Dear Participants,
We are pleased to announce that abstract submission for the 18th Baltic Nephrology Societies meeting is now OPEN!
Selected abstracts will be displayed as posters, and the best will be selected for oral presentations.
We warmly encourage you to take an active role in shaping the scientific programme of the meeting. If you wish to deliver a lecture, present a scientific report, or share the latest developments in your field of expertise, please submit your proposed theme and a brief summary in the form of absctract. The final programme will be adjusted based on your proposals.
Forms of Abstracts:
– Poster presentation
– Oral Mini lecture (15-20 min)
– Oral Scientific presentation (10 min)
– Oral Clinical case report (10 min)
Submission Deadline: 17 April 2026
Meeting Language: English
Below are the specified requirements for abstract submission for each category.
POSTER presentation/ ORAL SCIENTIFIC presentation
Submission Guidelines:
– Word Limit: 300 words (excluding names and affiliations)
– Submission: Online only
Formatting Requirements:
– Font: Tahoma, size 10
– Text Alignment: Justified
– Spacing: Single
Title Formatting:
– Maximum 15 words
– Written in UPPER CASE
– Should be dynamic and conclusive rather than descriptive
– Latin terms (e.g., Streptococcus pneumoniae) should be in italics
– Do not use bold formatting
Authors and Affiliations:
– List first (given) name followed by last (family) name
– The presenting author’s name should be in bold
– Affiliations should include Institution/Hospital, City/Town, State (if applicable), and Country
– Do not include department/branch details
Abstract Structure:
– Introduction
– Objectives
– Materials and Methods
– Results
– Conclusions
ORAL MINI LECTURE/ ORAL CLINICAL CASE REPORT
Submission Guidelines:
– Word Limit: 300 words (excluding names and affiliations)
– Submission: Online only
Formatting Requirements:
– Font: Tahoma, size 10
– Text Alignment: Justified
– Spacing: Single
Title Formatting:
– Maximum 15 words
– Written in UPPER CASE

All accepted presenters will receive an official notification via email by 15 June 2026.
