Dear colleagues,

In modern medicine, excellent results can only be achieved through teamwork, and this is especially important in kidney transplantation, where nephrologists, urologists, anaesthesiologists, and other specialists work together from the preparation for transplantation to the post-transplant follow-up, and it is only through their joint work that the long-term functioning of the kidney graft and the patient’s well-being are guaranteed. Organizing the International Conference on Kidney Transplantation, we aim to cover a multidisciplinary approach to recipient and donor organ preparation, transplantation and the post-transplant period. Physicians from different countries and specialties will have the opportunity to hear the latest news, ask questions and discuss together. We invite nephrologists, urologists, anaesthesiologists, physicians of other specialties who wish to improve their knowledge in the field of kidney transplantation to attend the conference “Multidisciplinary Care for Improving Outcomes in Kidney Transplantation” on April 18, 2024 at the Radisson Hotel Kaunas (K. Donelaičio St. 27, Kaunas).
